Trawling (Shooting/Hauling)


	Please note that these lights below are exactly the same as the previous page, but with the addition of two all-round white lights indicating “shooting nets”. In the example below, the assumption is that these extra two white lights are on the port side of the trawler.

Memory Aids - spending time on a trawler for days on end would be bound to make you go a sickly GREEN sea-sick colour. Hence - add a Green light to the normal powered vessel.

The two whites look like a double-barrelled gun as they are SHOOTING the nets.
